Shame, shame … oh, the utter shame of it all.
The NFL released its schedule and, well, been a bit remiss around here in giving any take on what the Eagles’ 2016 season looks to be shaping up as – from, let’s be honest, an extremely distant and fuzzy viewpoint right now. That being admitted, how about we go at things a little differently, like, say, visiting takes from across the spectrum?
OK, here we go …
But first, as you read on, please keep in mind that True Eagles fans are a fluid group, often splitting the atom, so to speak, between the contingents of Doom-and-Gloom Fatalists and Cocky-Eyed Optimist listed below. Giving one opinion does not preclude any from flopping to the opposite one almost simultaneously, just as long as whatever they decide allows them the opportunity to complain about the realists out there, forever labeled by Philly as the “haters.”
So, without further ado, we break it down:
